I have sent multiple emails to support only to receive robot generated responses that do not answer my question. Since purchasing and installing Start11 I have been receiving promotional emails from your company. I have a very simple question that I can't get answered, it is impossible to get a human on the phone, why do you even have a phone number when there is no intention to supply any meaningful support. Very frustrating!!!
I received two Object Desktop promotions on the same day. One is for $29.99 that offers free upgrades for one year. The second email offer is for $19.99 with similar wording about the free upgrades for one year, however that promotion includes the following "Only $19.99*(Per 1-year Subscription with 60% off coupon code).
What does the 1-year subscription mean? Does the $19.99 offer mean that the license is only for one year and after one year you must purchase another one-year license. Conversely is the $29.99 offer permanent use and after one year you can't get a free upgrade but you can continue to use the product.
I would appreciate a timely response as the offer expires tommorow Feb 3
