EDIT: Ok, the problem was that I did not reboot after uninstalling before attempting to reinstall. At no point did I realize that we needed to reboot until I ran the standalone WindowBlinds installer. Even though the problem is solved, I still wish to thank you for taking the time to look at this.

Yeah, this is pretty annoying. What's happening that it can't install?
