Office365 icons in Start11 are replaced with something generic:

Is there some way that Start11 can gain access to the correct icons?
Hello,
I have forwarded your report to the Stardock support team for their review and recommendations.
Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.
We really do appreciate your feedback, thanks.
Might be an install issue. Mine are picking up fine
Restart your computer. Chances are they will be fine then.

Ooo, a power cycle! High level stuff right there!
Neither rebooting nor uninstalling/reinstalling (configuration retained) made any change; my Office 365 icons are still generic. Microsoft has done something non-standard with the way that Office apps are launched; unlike all other apps, they are not listed in ...\Start Menu\Programs\... for either the current user or all users. I suspect this is at the root of the issue...
My installation of Office 365 seems a bit unusual. Personalization files are not stored in C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft; instead they are buried in C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Office.Desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Roaming\Microsoft. Perhaps the Office 365 Start shortcuts are also in an unusual location that Start11 doesn't know how to find?
If you enable the option in Start11 to use the tile images (experimental) does it load an proper image?
Where can I find this option?
