Those of you who have been here for a while or before me know that I am DID.
It is an acronym for Dissociative Identity Disorder, meaning that keeping on
track to completion has always been really hard for me.
Anyway, what I am wondering is how people stay focused and on task until they finish up what it is they want, need or have to do?
What things do you do when it's time to step away to either remember to come back or to make sure you come back to task?
I have from 1 and up to 10 or 11 things running through my mind at any given moment and it seems they get crossed wires at times and or I forget to finish up what it is I would really like to finish. Only to return to it and be totally blank and spend an unknown period of time before it all comes back. Most of the time it is after I have left it again and in the middle of something else that I remember it all
weird huh?
anyway.... just wondering if something might click that others might make use of which could help some of the time if not all of the time...
oh btw, I tried making notes but I always seem to loose them *sigh*
