Migrate to a new PC

How to restore a Snapshot taken on one PC to another

I upgraded to Fences4 because I saw it supported Snapshots for when you 'get a new monitor or PC'. I have installed Fences 4 on my old and new PCs. How do I restore a snapshot from one to the other? The desktop files will be the same.
