Well, I still can't get "Skins and Themes" libraries to fully work in either SDC or WC Browsers.
I have re-installed both, used spares of older ones I kept tucked away on another drive, cleared all cookies, updated to newer versions and a dozen other things to no avail.

The libraries.zip download, but all I get are Icons without files.
I have tried the various suggestions listed in this thread, and still no luck.

I am currently using SDC 1.12.212 build 23 and Wincustomize Browser 1.20.014

What I do not get other than Icons are:

Recent Skins
Libraries

I do get these:

Top Downloads
Newest Additions
Updated Skins
Featured Skins

I can access everything else using both browsers, so this is not a dire issue.
Just thought I would post here and hopefully help reveal a problem.

I got a new one for the Stardock crew...

My StardockCentral discussion list 'browser' (widget, doodad, whatever) is locking all the threads in the list, i.e I can't quote another message (no icon), and the text entry box (& 'submit' button) at the bottom of the page is missing. I usually only lurk in WC-General but I confirmed the same behaviour with other groups also. So far I've tried (unsuccessfully):

Resetting the list...
Deleting the SDC 'discussion'.ini file...
Deleting the cookies...

This is with my Win2k SP4 (office) PC. I posted also on the Stardock news groups but nobody has managed to solve it. I can access the discussions fully if I use IE (that's how I'm posting this).

The confusing thing is it works perfectly on my home machine (XP SP1) using identical login details.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

I had a little bit of a problem with my wb not loading last week...had to reinstall from disk...and a couple of days ago I had the problem as described above...couldn't access libraries..got the source file problem.. but last 2 days everything fine....could it be just heavy traffic on the site? I know it must get alot cuz it's awesome!!! and Thanks for all the hard work and the talent of the managers and techs and artists here.....incredible!!!

It's been five days. I've been trying almost every hour to download and still nothing. Can't even get wallpaper anymore. Things are looking grim. I'll try again tomorrow and after that I have no idea. Anyone have any ideas? I wanted to play around with DX2, get some objects. Needless to say I'm feeling tinsy bit blue about the whole thing .

I can download from other sites like DeviantArt and Skinbase just not here. I've been getting 'cannot read source file' errors for five days. A few days ago I was able to get wallpaper. Now nothing. I'm fairly sure I'm good at this end.

The only thing working is the message board. Everything else , libs., my account, nothing. Is this a ' things have to get worse before they get better' problems?

I personally have two ISPs. Just in case one happens to be giving me grief. Though I rarely have to fall back on this because my main ISP works amazingly well. I would not call myself 'the sharpest tool in the shed', but I have to think that when two ISPs and now three browsers can't get this one site to work, it ain't me. I apologize if I sound a bit touchy. I'm just getting a little frustrated now.

Since the site has migrated the servers to the west coast it has become painfully sloooooow

It is starting to get to the point where I only visit the site maybe 50% of what I used to. I have been thinking maybe your still in the transition state but it has been a couple weeks.

I have a cable connection at over 2.0 Mbits per second...It's definitely this site. I hope the move wasn't a mistake

Color me confused.

I keep editing my account to show 'screenshots' in my library and it's fine till I log back in (use WinWash regularly). Then it's no longer present in my library.
