Groupy can’t run in win 7

I install Groupy but it doesn’t work

My win 7 version is sp1 enterprise;

Installed in the default path ，No setting dialog box pops up after installation，

Click to start groupy on the windows start menu, but nothing happens, and the windows boxes cannot be merged automatically. Does anyone know what went wrong? Or do I need to install other dependent software?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. While or after you installing does any error popup? If you reboot does any error popup? Does it work after reboot? Also need more information on your system. ie CPU type, Intel, AMD or ARM?

OS:Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Version 6.1(Build 7601:Service Pack 1

CPU:Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 v2@3.7GHz

ram:8GB

 

No error was reported after installation, and no error was reported after restarting the machine，default installation path is not allowed to be modified, and there is no change button。

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link] Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
