I have Fences 3 and just purchased version 4. I have Windows 10. Can I install version 4 over the existing version 3 or do I need to uninstall version 3 before installing version4?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version of 4 , Reboot again .
You should be good to go then .. you won't lose your Fences ...

If I run the purge then I will not not lose my fences? If I do not run purge and just uninstall the older version then I will lose my fences?
