was able to resize horizontally or vertically fine until about twenty minutes ago. Now I can't.
Might be same time that sorting within specific fences by name stopped sorting additions to that fence, if that throws any light on the cause.
Haven't rebooted or installed any new app etc.
I'll try rebooting.
