Default location on new tab setting

Add a toggle in setting or somewhere to have a new tab jump to Quick access!

This way the user manages the quick access to keep a hot list on top for new tabs instead of a new tab dupping the last one.

Kind of makes sense.

I just practiced with this one and it seems like a real boon!
