I think you can find it by using the 3 dot menu-> Saved Groups -> Manage saved groups ->

That will list out all your groupy saved short cut. And if you right click on one of those -> open file location -> it will open the actual ".groupy" files folder. Something like this : C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Groupy

The Windows 11 menu will only show a group for groupy saved groups once there is more than one.  Before that it will appear in the general more apps list outside of the folder.

This is simply how Windows 11 handles the all programs list.
