Look at creation, try to understand how it works, why it works, admire what has been created, from a small piece of moss on the street to scenting roses in a garden or sculptures in a park. Sniff some fresh air, feel the blood streaming in your veins, know that, whatever people do to hurt you, they can't hurt your coreself. That is just as beautiful as the germinating seed that grows until it shows the flower it was destined to be.
