Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences V3.10 was removed due to some issues. And V3.12 Beta was release. Please refer to this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/506115/

You sent a mail to warn about 3.1 release. It would be nice to send another mail to warn about the release cancellation and to explain things.
