I wonder if you can buy via paypal. I don't think paypal has any taxes. But there is some charges from paypal and on Currency exchange. Not sure if it worth it.

An "excise tax" on the quantity consumed + One on the added value "VAT" + Another "profit margin" of the site. It's way too much!
