Have to change "View" not only for the folder portal but then for every single subfolder

Is there not a way to change the default folder/icon view for the folder portal and all the subfolders you'll open within it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you are talking about setting folder view selection and all its child folder to follow suit. That is not currently available. Yet there were few feature request on this function by others. And I believe Support and Dev Team already known about this.
