Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you mean "Random Style Setting". Those is set to change every time you login. I think that is the best, it would be troublesome if you set it time. Say change every hour or any time. When the change time come, and you are doing something. You will loose control over your system for at least a few seconds. Which will be real pain for most people.
