If you put in "mistress" you would have to include "master" as well...course some idiot (not me) would call himself Bator or bater or something similar in hopes of being promoted one day.

Actually, I believe "Sir" is the male equivalent to "Lady" as much as "Lord". Modern usage have made everybody a "sir", but originally, it was a class title and his wife was called a "Lady". A Lord's wife was also called a Lady. Actually, women didn't have many title possibility since every women married to a knight or better were called Lady.
