Scrolling the screens with the mouse wheel does not work anymore.
Any ideas?

What version of Wi9ndows are you running ?
use winver.exe for that info.

What mouse do you have?
Did exactly as you said and no difference.
My mouse is Logitech G602.
Works fine with everything else.
