Can't renew subscription

Hi,

I am trying to renew my subscription to OD. I got the link for the survey for 25% off, took the survey, and got the code. However, when I put in the code and hit apply nothing happens (i.e. the price doesn't change and no discount is shown). Anyone successfully used the discount code?

Could you try again incase Server down issue

I've tried on three different systems w/ different OSes (MacOS, Android, and Windows) with no luck. I also just tried it. Seems to be a Stardock issue.

OD renewals cannot be discounted because they already are discounted.

I have never seen (nor do I see a discount now) on renewal prices. For the past three years it has always been $19.99. Where is the discount?

Actually I see it almost all the time. From US$49.99 discount to US$29.99

Looks like they finally fixed it so you can get a discount on the renewal. About time.

I cant get mine to renew either. When I click Subscribe, the link does nothing but reload the page. Cleared cache, tried different browsers AND different devices. I was supposed to have unlimited downloads but I only got 30. I have purchased Fences, Object Desktop, ObjectDock, Start8...I bought several products before buying the entire suite, Then paid for the entire suite as well. But anyway. I still can not subscribe to download cursors for CursorFX. Whats the point in  buying software from Stardock if you can only download 30 items from the Wincustomize site. I am very displeased.
