After upgrading to the new Win10 insider update (21318) the text on the desktop has become nearly unreadable.  text in other windows appears properly.  rolling back to the previous build (21296) solved the problem.  it appears to be with Fences.  [ the same issue occurred with build 21301, which was also rolled back]  This issue must be something with the compatibility or video drivers between Fences and the new Windows builds.  I trust (hope) your engineers are witnessing this and working to resolve it.  meanwhile, I'm again rolling back to the previous windows build.

Are any other users having a similar experience?
