Discord not displaying properly

Hello Team,

I'm getting weird graphical glitches when grouping Discord with another app after turning off/on the monitor, see:

The combo DP/Windows/GPU Nvidia were messing up my windows and cause Discord to bug. I fixed it by switching my main monitor to HDMI instead of DP.
