Any cursor I choose that has animation on the pointer, the cursor "stutters" (glitches?). I'm running Win10 on an i7 processor w/8 gig of RAM and a Radeon Pro WX2100 graphics card. Please advise- thanks.... Matt

3. As I said, any cursor style where the pointer is animated before an action is taken.
Still need this please use Winver.exe to get the full version numbers.

Please try disable shadow and see if it helps
It helped a little, but the problem persists. I also made sure the pointer trails was set to none.

This is the same issue that has been around since May.
Stardock doesn't care and hasn't bothered to fix it, and if they have, they have not posted any updates.
