Not sure how purge is different than uninstall as a whole since I needed to uninstall the application. Again, not a good solution when you have close to 100 machines to handle. Doing the purge and then reinstall seems to give stability but I will wait to hear from you when you will be releasing an update. The 2H20 version has a start menu update so not sure how it impacts the Start 10 product.
The start menu update in Windows 10 2H20 has no impact on Start10.
Are you able to explain more about the application crashing and restarting? Is there anything in the event log about explorer crashing?
We are not aware of any compatibility issues with Start10 and the newly released 2H20 version of Windows. It is in use on insider builds all the time without reports too.
Also what version of Start10 are you using exactly?
