Which themes have vertical Taskbar configured?

Many themes don't bother to configure the vertical taskbar. Add a filter for incomplete themes. And encourage themers to be thorough.

The important factors to me are...

1. Borders around windows. Microsoft derp'd this badly with 10 and of course has not bothered fixing. Kudos to Stardock, albeit 10 years late.

2. Vertical Taskbar theming applied.

3. Dark mode available.

Local settings shows an icon for dark / background / colors BUT:

1. These settings are not visible on the Online listing nor on the website.

2. The above options 'borders,vertical' are missing everywhere.
