I have the latest versions of both Start10 and Windowblinds installed. I have a theme on windowblinds set to made my computer look like Windows 98. The start menu is not reflecting this skin. I have Start10 configured to use windows 7 style and use windowblinds theme. and I have also uninstalled and done a fresh install of Start10. No matter what I do the start menu still looks like the Windows 7 start menu and not the custom Windows 98 start menu that comes with the Windowblinds theme. Any help would be appreciated.
