This is all very true Kona, you're right... but the bicycle part;
some cities that could work, but not in Phoenix. This is one of those states where you really can't get around w/out a car. Let's put it this way; it's not the usual to see people walking around.

Unless it's downtown, old town scottsdale, the zoo, something happened- yeah people walk to 'see', and a few other things.

And hot as hell.
