About 2 years ago I posted a thread about this program. As I have recently started using it again I thought I would give you the updated link to download the program.
It's a small, skinnable program luanching utility that shows as a small grey tab at the right of your screen. When you mouseover the tab, a panel shoots out with shortcuts to all your favourite links and programs on it.
