Hi AzDude, thanks for the reply.

From what I understand, I am to cut out the first 1/3rd (20s) of my one minute video, bring it to the end of the other 2/3rds (40s), then create a transition point between those two spliced clips that lasts 2 seconds, is it?  But this will only create an unnecessary blend transition in the middle of the new video; there will still be an abrupt flicker whenever the video loops in Deskscapes.  My issue is that all my video clips used in Deskscape always loop with an abrupt and ugly-looking flicker, doesn't look natural ie. there's an obvious start and end to the video clip when it's playing on my desktop background via Deskscapes.

Or did I understand your instructions wrongly?   

You use a " Crossfade " transition ..

the 2 seconds is a starter point practice other times some dreams depending

on the animation might require you to make adjustments ..

Once you play around with a few videos both with the looping and converting 

you will learn some tricks .. a little practice and read the link " Easy Way to Create Dreams "
