I have gotten a new computer and have downloaded Fences, but when I put in my product key, it says that it doesn’t match my email. When I went to the Stardock website, it said my email was present in the system but I had not created an account.
So I created an account but it doesn’t show any downloads or product keys. I created the account using the email that is in the Orders (##2926385/4084575).
I emailed Support but received a response that they do not answer this type of issue via email
[EDIT: originally replied to the Sales email, not Support. I have now sent an email to Support- waiting on response]
I have done everything possible via all of the FAQs to get my product key on my account, but have been unsuccessful.
When I try to re-register my product key, I get the error: The serial entered is not valid. I am copying it from my Order email.
Can someone please connect this product key to my email so that I can activate Fences on my new computer?
