Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned in this guide :

Just to be sure, re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the latest you just download, reboot again. And retest.
Also, we need information on this :
1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
2) Fences version.
3) Those icons in your screenshot above, is on the desktop or within a Fence?
