ok. Well. I tried the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=Windows10CustomTitlebar'' thing.
Read somewere that ''--disable-windows10-custom-titlebar'' will work on Edge and it does for the time being.
For those who do not know about this. Go to Edge - Shortcut - Properties - Shortcut ..add to Target

btw this trick seems no longer to work in Chrome. Instead one needs to do the compatibility thing for all users
(Chrome - Shortcut - Properties - Compatibility, Settings for all users, set to compatibility modus for Windows 7,8,Vista...all will probably work).
