I'm using CursorFX with Windows 10 64-bit 1909. When I have CursorFX cursors turned on, regardless of which I use, they'll always go behind certain on-screen elements. For example, if the Start Menu is open, the cursor is actually behind the start menu but I can still click on items and can see which items I'm hovering over. The same goes for any contextual menus that were activated from the taskbar. I'm also seeing this problem with text fields in applications like GIMP but that's a lesser concern.
I've stumbled upon several forum discussions on here in regards to the same issue chock full of other people chiming in just to say it doesn't happen to them with no attempt at trying to find the solution.
Below are screenshots of the issue.
