Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account, reboot after the purge. Reinstall it using the latest version, reboot again. Retest and report back.
BTW, if the issue still there, please also list down few more details :
1) Windows version. Please use winver.exe for full windows version numbers.
2) Groupy version.
3) Monitors setups, dual or more monitors, information on resolution and scaling on each monitors, connection type, HDMI, DP, DVI, USB etc etc.
