Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.
1) Windows version, please use winver.exe for full version numbers.
2) Groupy Version.
3) Is this issue only happened on Excel or any other grouped application.
4) Please try the purge and reinstall as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account, reboot after the purge, reinstall it and reboot again. Retest and report back here.
