Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
I have the same problem right now. I can receive order invoice to my Gmail (I made a purchase without logging in), but when I try to change my account email to a Gmail hosted one I never receive the confirmation message to that box, not in spam either. I tried an iCloud box and received message there instantly, so the problem seems to be specifically with Gmail. I've already filed a ticket.
We may indeed have an issue with that reset page... Give it an hour and try again, please.
