USF : I must have missed the memo...

Allrighty, I'm hearing all this great stuff about USF, like it can be ported to WinMedia, and other magical goodies... But I must have missed something because I really don't understand what it is. is it a windowblinds language like UIS2?

Is there a porgram like SkinStudio that allows you to use it or are we back to notepad?

Can someone break it down?

Gabriel, the latest SkinStudio has the ability to make USF skins (I guess), but I'll be danged if I can figure it out.

Are there limitations to USF skins like there are for UIS1 skins?

USF is Universal Skin Format. It's kinda a midway point between various other formats.
Like, for example, you can convert an MSStyle to USF, or a WB skin to USF.
And USF format can be converted to UIS and WMP formats, etc.
