Where's my purchase?

I bought Metropolis II but it's nowhere to be found

I need some help. I just purchased Metropolis II by Vstyler but it's not in my downloads or order history. As far as I could see the purchase went through. Where the heck is it? This has never happened before.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't check for you but can you check if you paid for it with something that linked to your other email account? Maybe a paypal account that using different email account. If not let us know so I can forward your issue to Support and wait for the help, which probably be on Monday morning when they come back.
