Why does calling "DeskScapes 10" (right mouse click) take longer than 20 seconds?

Ok, I believe that is the 'skip ahead' version of Windows (the farthest of the fast ring).
It will be tested but has not been done so on all apps yet nor will fixes be pushed until it is certain any changes will work on any general / stable release of Windows 10.
