Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers
2) Groupy version.
3) MS Office 365 version.
I am running Office 365 V1909 (Build 12026.20264) with no issue. Groupy V1.25 and Windows 10 1903 18362.356
Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to re-download the latest Groupy version from your account. Reboot after the purge and reinstall Groupy, reboot again and retest. Report back here.
