Hi,
Today we received feedback from a customer who encountered technical problems while using Fences and needs your help.
After installing fences, he cannot open the software settings interface.
I have tried to clean up and reinstall using the Purge_Fences.bat tool(http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/Purge_Fences.bat), but this method does not work. How can I further investigate this issue?

The customer's operating system is Windows 10.
Is there a solution to this issue?
