WB4 Skins

when i download WB4 skins and look at them in skinstudio 3, the files for the task panel, how come they aren't included in the skins??

If you're saying the files are there in SS, but don't appear in the skins when you apply them, and if your OS is WinXP (doesn't work on non-XP system).......... open the Configuration dialog, and go to Basic Settings........ make sure "Use Windows XP style explorer bars" is checked.

i figured out what the problem was, it was that the blueshell style was being used
