Ah, I confused you I see. Sorry about that!
I didn't use the right term. It isn't a 'splash screen' per se .... it's the actual program that's opening up when I boot. They open up, allowing me to make changes I guess. And of course, I don't often make any changes after the first few times because I'm very happy with the way I have them set up.
Just in case that didn't clarify -- I have Windows 10-1903, and the very latest editions of FX (6.4) and Groupy installed.
