Tailoring 'All Programs' menu entries

My question (ref. Start10):

Can I tailor the 'All Programs' menu to my own wishes as is easily done in Windows 7?

So add/delete: folders, (cascading) sub entries etc.?

For Example:

All Programs Win7

As far as I know, you can do that by adding and adjusting the content of "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" just as you can do it in Windows 7
