Purchase START10 For Commercial Use - Quotation For 20 Licenses

Hi, I am your user and client on a personal level. My job is IT System Integrator for my company. I wanted to ask about buying about 20 Start 10 Licenses (to start) because I am starting a process of migrating my clients' PCs from Windows 7 to Windows 10. How does it work? Do I need a Commercial Invoice, is there a discount for Dealers and / or professionals like me? I await your kind reply, and on this occasion I offer you the most cordial Slaves.
