I have just started out with fences, and realized that there's a feature that would be *really* handy for people like myself who often have a full-screen game in one monitor, and do other things (browser, messenger, etc) in smaller windows on the other monitor.  I have my fences with roll-down on the top, and like them there, but, for some of them, I have to actively minimize a window to access the links (because they appear *under* the window).  Could we have a feature that would allow the fences to open over an open window, but probably only when clicked to expand...that would save some hassle, and keep the fences from accidentally opening because of an errant mouse move?  Thanks for looking at this.
