I don't think there is a setting in Groupy to pick up themed/visual styled Titlebar. Not even from Windowblinds. The only thing you can change here is that change the microsoft lite/dark mode to dark and your white tab should be black with white text. But that what I can see when I applied to my WB theme PC. Not sure what will happened with others theme/visualstyle apps.
