I bought Cursor FX Plus in 2012; it installed on my win7 comp back then and worked fine. Fast forward to newest comp - Win10. Installation works; serial # won't. Says it isn't valid. Had serial number resent and it's identical to what I already have. Installed version 2.16. What do I do now?

I re-downloaded v. 2.16. I still get the same serial # as before, but tried it again. "Invalid product key" - then - "error has occurred while activating product". I had done all this before but tried again, and it didn't work.

yes, still using same email address and have logged in too. My login here doesn't contain @att.net.
To activate the products, you need the version that is on your account (importants), the email address (including that @att.net) and key. Do no use a username to activate.
Used version 2.11 (not latest) and still says invalid serial #. I am done with this - it shouldn't be this hard. I've done everything correctly and still it doesn't work.
If you change your mind, PM me a screenshot of what you are typing in and the resulting error, please.
