Windows 10 Explorer ribbon font looks broken in WB 10.8 Any advise?

I am using a default Ice theme that comes with WB and Windows 10 Explorer ribbon title fonts look like a mess. I am using Windows 1903 & WB 10.8. Is anybody facing the same issue? is there any way i can fix it? Please help.
