I had to be sure, but it happens after I quit some games and now on restart.  View shows fences locked, I am not using sorting at all, no align to grid.  The Icons sift out of sequence, such as if I have a game icon and a trainer icon for that game, I put them side by side.  After the reboot, over 50% of the icons have sifted, and not to any type of sort I have ever used.  

This is not the first time this has happened, it has been happening off and on for the last year or so.  Was not so much a pain until now, it is happening with increasing frequency.   I have screenshots of what is happening, I can only get one picture to upload, second one overwrites the picture. 

I am on windows fast track, and I am not happy to say it has happened in build 1809 which is the stable release. So, in my option the version of windows Does not matter.  Yes, it has done this to a new install of the ver 1809, and a clean install to the 19h1 build, so how old the build is seems not to matter as well.  I am using an AMD Radeon R9-380x, not overclocked, connection is display port not HDMI.
