Heavy Equipment Suite

Is there anyone out there that would care to modernize the WB and DesktopX themes? I'd do it myself, but I have the artistic apptitude of a pine cone.

Heavy Eqipment was made by many different people (Community Project). I think it will be very difficult to get them all to update their stuff. Some of them even don't skin any more (like Crumbut) AFAIK.

The Community Skin project was open to all-comers until we had sufficient people to do all of the apps...some did more than one.

If anyone wished to upgrade or update them you'd be quite free to....provided prior to public release someone such as myself checked the appropriate credits and history was still in place....we had formulated a 'license' of sorts as everyone was making use of each-others' graphics...to a degree...

Wasn't PJPowell saying he is in the process of updating Nuvems DX themes ? So a good chance for the HE DX theme to be updated soon.
